We use the initial consultation to learn all about you and your health history to understand the bigger picture.

We will collect information on your medical history, medications, social circumstances, recent blood work (pathology), anthropometry (body weight, blood pressure), clinical signs and symptoms of nutrient deficiency/excess, full diet history, current eating patterns and nutritional supplement regimen.

This comprehensive approach aims to grasp a holistic view of your current health state. At the conclusion of this session, we will discuss a treatment plan and discuss any additional functional or pathology tests needed for us to identify root causes and allow for specified treatment.

We typically organise a follow-up about 3-4 weeks after your initial appointment. Your next appointment will be dedicated to interpreting your test results and presenting your personalised protocol designed to address the root cause of your symptoms.

Our team will create a plan based on your health data from recent functional testing, current symptoms, and health goals. Our protocols include targeted supplements prescription, specific diet therapy, and lifestyle changes to work towards your health goals.

This appointment is used to extend the treatment protocol or add additional goals and interventions to an existing protocol.

As a minimum, we recommend at least 1 follow up appointment over 2 months period for most clients, but some more complex case may require 2 or more appointments.

You may also book in a follow-up appointment, so we can assess how things are progressing along, script renewal, testing referral, etc…
