ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONER
Virginie is a fully qualified, Accredited Clinical Nutritionist and Colon Hydrotherapist.
Virginie practices evidence-based medicine and hold the overarching vision – better food, better health and wellbeing for all. She uses a holistic approach to healing, taking into consideration the whole person, mind, body and soul. This approach is evidence-informed - meaning research findings and traditional medicine knowledge are combined to inform treatment plans.
Virginie recognises that disease is complex and is caused by a combination of factors. As a result, her patients are given individualised care in response to their health.
Virginie understands the pillars to wellness, and truly believes that food plays a fundamental but often overlooked role. Although there is no one-size-fits-all solution to optimal health, her aim is to empower clients to regain control of their well-being and transition from surviving to thriving. Her approach includes diet and lifestyle modification, detoxification pathways support, reducing environmental toxins and restoring balance to the nervous system.
Virginie has a particular interest for the work of Dr. Weston A. Price, the gut-brain axis and particularly, the ever expanding link between diet and mental health.
Also, a proud member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
