Appointment Reschedules, Cancellations & Refund Policy
At Synergy Gut Care, we greatly value your time and we kindly ask that you extend the same respect to our practitioners.
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another client who may be waiting. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us run an efficient and supportive clinic.
Important Notes:
Cancellations and reschedules must be made by phone.
We do not accept cancellations via social media. Messages sent through Instagram or other platforms will not be considered valid notice.
Please call our clinic directly and leave a voicemail if no one is available to take your call.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
✅ More Than 24 Hours Notice
No cancellation fee will apply. You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge.
⚠️ Less Than 24 Hours Notice / Same-Day Cancellation
50% of the scheduled consultation fee will be charged.
❌ Missed Appointments / No-Shows
If no notice is provided and the appointment is missed entirely, the full consultation fee will be charged.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In genuine emergencies, Synergy Gut Care may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your circumstances.
